A refreshing and fragrant cider that evokes the vibrancy of spring, our Honey Blossom cider is made with a blend of Hibiscus and Lavender flowers and sweetened with grade A Canadian honey. Just as with fresh spring blossoms this cider has a bright and floral nose with strong notes of honey and lavender. The distinct tangy, berry like flavour of Hibiscus is balanced perfectly with the bitterness of lavender and sweetness of honey to create a complex yet easy drinking cider. The Hibiscus flower also imparts its striking and vibrant red colour to round out a cider that is perfect for enjoying on ever longer and warmer nights.
