OUR CIDERS

KW Craft Sparkling Dry Cider, 6.7% ABV

Our flagship KW Craft Sparkling Dry Cider is made from a custom blend of 5 types of tart, juicy and crisp apples specially selected to achieve the desired sweetness, acidity, and tannins. Using wine-making principles and champagne yeast, the cider is made in small batches to account for seasonal variations in each crop and achieve a rich, well-balanced blend. At 6.7% alcohol content, it is a dry, clear cider that can be enjoyed on its own as well as paired with a meal.

Spiced Pineapple, 6.0% ABV

 

At 6.0% ABV, it is a blend of our Sparkling Dry cider with ripe pineapples for a smooth, citrus taste. Matured on Scotch bonnet peppers for a mild heat and added complexity. Extra fruity nose, pineapple sweetness on first sip, followed by a nice tart and refreshing finish. Best enjoyed ice cold!

Montmorency Cherry Cider, 5.4% ABV

Prepared with tart Niagara Montmorency cherries and our own blend of Ontario apples. Creamy fruit aroma, rich cherry taste with dry, tart finish. Beautiful rose cherry colour!

Malted Cider Collaboration, 5.5% ABV

A collaboration with our friends at Descendants Beer! We fermented a special blend of Ontario apples and malted and mashed grains. Creamy body and head with plenty of fruity aromas of apples and hops! One of the driest ciders we’ve made, this Malted Cider collaboration is very refreshing!

Motueka Dry Hopped Cider 6.7% ABV

Prepared with our Sparkling Dry Cider Dry hopped with Motueka Hops from New Zealand, it has lively lemon and lime tones on the nose with background hints of tropical fruit and a slight bitterness.

Bartlett Pear Cider 5.8% ABV

Our apple cider made with Ontario Bartlett Pears has plenty of fruit on the nose, slightly sweeter taste, finishing with creamy pear flavours.

Canadian Shield Berries, 6.2% ABV

A blend of berries that grow in the Canadian Shield region - Blueberries, Cranberries, Currants, Raspberries and Strawberries. A Complex tartness comes about from the currants, cranberries and raspberries; while the blueberries and strawberries bring a balanced juiciness. The aroma is full of berries, with raspberries and strawberries leading the way. The appearance is a clear cider with a madder-rose hue.

Thai Ginger Cider, 6.7% ABV

We are very proud of this award winning cider; this apple cider is blended with hot green Thai peppers and ginger spice, with oriental notes of both ginger and Thai peppers present in the nose. This cider has an absolutely refreshing ginger character complemented by subtle chili heat on the finish.

Chai Cider, 6.7% ABV

Our award winning Sparkling Dry Cider aged with chai spices. Deep spicy notes of Vanilla, peach, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. 

FORMER SEASONAL CIDERS

Hot Raspberry Cider, 6.0% ABV

At 6.0%ABV, it is prepared with Ontario harvested raspberries and Scotch bonnet peppers. Refreshing effervescence, finishing with a distinct sweet-heat flavour.

Cranberry Cider, 6.5% ABV

Made with cranberries grown and pressed in Muskoka, this cider has a beautiful rosé color and fruity nose with fresh apple and cranberry flavours.

Winter Spice, 6.7% ABV

Our award winning mulled apple cider tastes just like winter at a ski chalet. Deep spicy notes of Vanilla, peach, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg make this a perfect drink to enjoy while sitting with friends at the pub or by the fireside on a cold winters day.

Niagara Merlot Cider, 7.6% ABV

 

This very limited-run cider features Merlot grapes grown in the Niagara region (that we crushed and pressed ourselves!) that add grape tannins and fruitiness. The flavours are apple-forward with black cherry and plum, finishing with notes of vanilla..

 

Vanilla Cream, 6.2% ABV

This unique cider has a golden hue accompanied by notes of warm apples and soothing vanilla. The flavours begin with crisp apple and flow into a creaminess that leaves the palette with a gentle, lasting vanilla finish. Perfectly enjoyed with friends on a chilly winter day.

Raspberry Cider, 6.5% ABV

A beautiful rose color, this cider has luscious raspberry notes on the nose with, clean, fresh, dry apple and subtle raspberry flavors. It is a refreshing blend of apple cider and seasonal fresh unfermented raspberry juice. This cider is perfect for those summer days sitting on the patio enjoying the afternoon sun or the beautiful evening sunsets.

Pumpkin Spice, 6.6% ABV

This cider has an orange hue reminiscent of the changing leaves. The aromas of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg recall memories of Grandma's pumpkin pie. The flavours follow through with the same spice profiles with a delicious spicy apple finish..

Cassis Royale 6.4% ABV

Our take on Kir Royale wine enjoyed in France. Made with fresh Ontario blackcurrants, this cider has a beautiful crimson colour and full, fruity blackcurrant aroma in the nose. In the finish you'll experience a gentle transition from crisp apple to cassis.

Snake Bite 5.6% ABV

This limited collaboration with Elora Brewing is a pub favorite in England. Our snakebite is a delicious blend of our classic Flagship Cider and Elora’s “3 Fields Lager”. The bouquet is of hops with floral hints, it hits the palate with a mouth-filling mousse, moving into a dry, lager/cider sweetness and finishing with a slight hoppy bitterness and a touch of apple cider sweetness.
